Please note the following

1. ZamPrep offers parents and learners two features: (i) parent access to learner results (from schools running our information sistem); (ii) practice test/exam questions
2. The app stores learners' school results on your device whenever you choose to download results. Hence, if you want results data to be deleted from the source system, you have to contact the school that your child attends to assist you.
3. The data for exam practice are primarily stored on your device aswell (this includes questions attempted and scores abtained). However, a copy is saved on our server when you or your child decides to backup these data for accessibility on other devices. We do not share or use these data for any other purposes except in cases where we might want to understand what subjects our learners are mostly attempting questions for; this helps us improve our services
4. When you fill in the form below, indicate whether you want us to delete your account or only the exam practice data you backed up.
5. When we receive your request, you will receive a phone call from one of our help-desk team members who will verify and perform your request. We will use the number registred with your account details
